This day-long workshop for young women is all-inclusive, with interactive coaching in the areas of fitness & nutrition, relationships, self-image & success, and emotional management. It’s quick, fun, and efficient: In just four hours, participants will receive tips and insight that will enlighten and inspire them to get their lives on a positive track.
Upcycle You, Eating Disorder Recovery Version
Same as above, but with a special emphasis on the experiences of those who are in recovery from eating disorders. This is especially great for those in areas where there might not be a lot of education related to eating disorder recovery.
