Life Lessons from Kids #2: Confidence!

This week’s Life Lesson doesn’t need a whole lot of explanation: It’s confidence! Be yourself, and be proud of what your mama gave ya! :) The caption on this photo is of course inspired by that ever-popular LMFAO song, since my nephew loves to dance to it (something I should definitely get on video–stay tuned!).

We always chuckle and say that my nephew’s eyelashes are “girl catchers!” He loves to “flirt” with the ladies with his big smile and those eyes of his.

So now it’s your turn: What do you think are your best features? How are you going to flaunt them?

Love, Hope, & Prayers,

Justine Duppong

I'm a self-help author, speaker, counselor, and coach; my blog is http://upcycleyou.com. I'm a lover of all things fitness. I'm in the kitchen every day creating healthy recipes that I love eating and feeding to my husband (who I love more than anything!). I write and speak on eating disorder recovery, health & fitness, relationships, faith, self-image, and emotions: My aim is to help others create their best, most fulfilling lives--like I'm doing! I’m also the author of a forthcoming eating disorder recovery book, filled with tried-and-true techniques, expert advice from professionals in the field, and real people in recovery from across the United States and beyond. I’m aiming to complete and publish the book in 2013. Come along with me, and discover the life you've been dreaming of!
