Today’s recipe is my favorite breakfast lately; it’s a delicious combination of cottage cheese, fruit, and a little pizzazz!
Edited to add: Here’s a better photo from my new camera!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (I like 1%)
1/2 teaspoon sugar free pudding powder (cheesecake or white chocolate)
1 teaspoon sugar free coffee syrup (vanilla or caramel)
1/2- 1 cup fruit (I use blueberries, strawberries, and bananas since that’s what I usually have on hand–but pineapple would be amazing with it too!)
1/4 cup Fiber One cereal (original)
Optional: Broken pretzel pieces, if you like a little salty with your sweet!
Directions:
This doesn’t need much explanation: Stir it up, and enjoy! I like to make this a little ahead of time so the cereal and pretzels are a little soft
There you have it–a delicious, healthy breakfast (or snack)!
Love, Hope, & Prayers,

Simple and scrumptious! What more could you ask for?
For sure–it’s one I keep coming back to!
uhoh i can’t hang with cottage cheese in a sweet setting! no way, no how. but i’d love this with greek yogurt!

I love cottage cheese. It’s so underrated! My fave though is cottage cheese on whole wheat toast with a sprinkle of black pepper!
You know, I often hear of people doing things like that (more savory)! I always want to try it, but I just LOVE my sweet cottage cheese too much! Maybe someday though
Had this today, I just had more cottage cheese about a cup and added alot more fruit, YUM well done on this idea!
So glad you liked it! I’m actually about to have it for a snack right now
